The two tracks on this site are the curriculum of this workshop, published in full. Nothing is held back. What a screen can't give you is a day of building on your own work with someone across the table who does this for a living. In the morning we practice Foundations on your task. In the afternoon we take one piece of what Systems designs on paper and make it run. That's what the room is for.
The method, on your task
We run the Foundations material as working sessions on the task you brought. Not slides about prompting. Your task, worked properly, until the output stops being generic and starts being yours.
Build
We turn your kit into one or two automations around your workflow, wired to run without you babysitting them. This is the piece the Systems track designs on paper, built for real. You build with your own hands. I'm there for the parts that bite.

When and where?
In person in Almaty, one full day, capped at 16 seats, in Russian or English as the cohort needs. The next cohort date goes to the waitlist before it's published anywhere else.
