The job
When Friday's report eats an hour I don't have, I want to my scrappy notes turned into the report my manager expects, so that the hour goes back into the work the report is about.
The report is a format problem, not a thinking problem. You already know what happened. Fix the format and the voice in the prompt once, keep it, and Friday becomes paste, run, read, send. The model adds structure. It must not add achievements.
